Process for requesting a repair (warranty/billable):
- Send an email request to the 3M Peltor Communications Repair Centre including any related information about the repair request. (ie. part number, purchase date and details of the issue)
- You will receive a confirmation that your request has been received along with an RGA number and instructions for sending in the item for repair.
Please do not send in any items without first making contact with the 3M Peltor Communications Repair Centre.
3M shipping policy: Customers pay shipping costs to the 3M Peltor Communications Repair Centre (both warranty and billable service). 3M will incur the cost of returning the repaired item.
